The function buttons are easy to use and a few minutes reading the instructions will explain what they do. You can select different colours for the projection of the stars and Moon; white, red, green, and blue and you can mix the colours too. It can also be turned into a night light.
A Mode: Auto shut off timer. Press this button to add increments of 5 minutes to the timer up to a maximum of 95 minutes
B Mode: Colour selection. Press to select a colour or a multi colour display
C Mode: Rotary switch. Press to turn rotation on or off
D Mode: Night light. Press to select steady white light.
